JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Grade A/B Security Driver to start working ASAP. Fidelity Services Group requires the services of reputable Grade A/B Security Driver. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Matric / Grade 12
- Must have proven experience in security driving, with a solid understanding of security measures and vehicle operations.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have valid Psira certficate grade A/B only will be considered
- Must have excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations, along with navigation skills.
- Must have strong observational skills, able to identify and respond to potential security threats efficiently.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must have flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, based on operational needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To operate security vehicles while adhering to safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
- To conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safety and readiness.
- To execute comprehensive security checks before passenger transport and on-site deliveries.
- To maintain vigilance during transport, responding promptly to any suspicious activities or potential threats.
- To liaise with security personnel and coordination teams to execute transport plans effectively.
- To document log entries of travel routes, times, and any incidents occurring during transport.
- To provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- To participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with security protocols and driving best practices.
