JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Cleaning Supervisor to start working ASAP. Tsebo requires the services of reputable Cleaning Supervisor. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have Grade 12 / Matric
- Must have a 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Having health and Safety training is an advantage.
- Must have strong communication and team coordination skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and activities.
- To conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- To maintain cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.
- To train staff on cleaning procedures and Tsebo protocols.
- To respond to client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
