JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Our client is urgently looking for the qualified Sculler to start working ASAP. Empact Group requires the services of reputable Sculler. You may apply before deadline in case you are interested and have required qualifications as short-listed below.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have work experience as a Sculler, Dishwasher, Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant and face paced events environment a plus
- Must have flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Must have understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have knowledge of basic food preparation
- Must have communication skills
- Takes pride in personal appearance and hygiene
- Must have passionate about delivering a world class service to our clients and customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- To maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- To place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- To sweep or scrub floors. Clean ceilings and walls and overall sanitation duties
- Operates equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
- To maintain the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness and customer accessibility
- Other duties as assigned by management.
