REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The applicant wishing to apply for this job must meet the following qualifications;
- Must have degree or Diploma in Retail, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Must have previous experience and exposure to procurement and/or supply chain practices
- Must be expert Level proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Must be active consumer who finds joy in online and physical shopping
- Must have social media and trend awareness, solid understanding of shopper patterns and consumer behaviour.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
The applicant must have the following skills and competences
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Must be professional, approachable, and self-motivated
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have to implement the following duties but not limited to:
- To identify new brand opportunities, in line with the business and divisional strategies and initiate introduction meetings
- To propose buying and category plans in line with sales and margin targets
- To monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demand.
